The price is nice, but the smaller fan may mean it's louder (based on reviews I've seen on other handheld fans that were larger). I'm loving the two DiveBlues fans I bought (there are deals posted), creates much more cool air than I would've thought, and I keep it on the lowest setting. But it's also louder than I would've thought. But not to the point of being too loud (on the lowest setting).

I went through a bunch of handheld fans, beware noise is definitely a big concern. I never tried this one, but I tried ones that looked similar. If it doesn't tell you how loud it is, then I would pass(unless noise really isn't an issue for you). For a fan that is handheld, noise is almost always an issue to me, so I ended up getting one that doesn't put out nearly as much air, but is extremely quiet.

I bought this last time for $5.99. Used it for a few time. It is bigger than the Diveblues turbo fan that I have. The unit works fine and is just as loud as any other turbo fans. It is just physics-pushing more air out requires faster rpm which produces more noise. For what you get for the price, it is worth it. One thing to note is that the packaging is a bit lousy and looked like returned product.
