Agreed. They aren't nicknamed "Slomashop" for nothin'. 😂

The Parfums took about 7 weeks for my order so, it makes Sloma look blazin' fast.

Yeah, there is a poster or two on here that feel like they have to defend Joma so anyone who says negative things about Joma gets a downvote from them. But the reality is, as you say, terrible customer service. If their prices weren't solid, there would be no reason to order from them. I only order from them if their price is ridiculously less or if I can't find it elsewhere. And don't ever call CS, they are trained at being terrible at their job.

If it's not listed as "in stock", it's going to be a long wait time. I've learned to only ever order anything In Stock as everything else has sat for months.

Customer service is also lacking as others have said, but sometimes the price is just good enough to do it

I've ordered items that were in stock and they didn't ship for three or four days and I didn't get them until 10-12 days after ordering. I compare that to other discounters who ship the day of order (or the next day if you order late in the day) and it arrives in five or six days.

Compared to any other retailer, joma is very slow even on in stock products. But in stock ones will at least ship within a few days - anything not specifically stated as in stock will take months. Sometimes. Even stuff that says ships in 5 to 7 days or ships in 10 days will take 4 to 6 weeks in my experience. Compared to other discounters, they're definitely the most frustrating, and probably have the worst customer service, but they do have some of the best prices compared to the others. Not on everything, but some of their good sales really can't be beat, the downside is everything listed above

Im on my 3rd reorder as this is my favorite scent out of about 50 that I own. I originally paid 120, then 105, and now 85. These smaller bottles should realistically be about 45 to 50.

Joma does disclose when an item will take longer to get to you. At least it does for me while looking at the item. Usually it's about a week, but I guess fragrances they don't have at the warehouse could take longer to get stock in.
