I also got the C600 last week and have been using it to power and charge everything that I can. So far I'm only down to 70% S.O.C. Unit is relatively quite and working fine. I have only topped off the charge from the wall. So far I would recommend but it has only been a week.

I bought the C400 a couple of weeks ago, and like it so much I wish I had got the C600.

If it helps the C400 does have 2 key features that the C600 doesn't.
The C400 have a car jump starter function and it has the USB-C charging input option

Is that a hole for the third prong of a wall plug? Or can you only use this with two prong cords?

Same question. Can I use this as surge and UPS battery backup for a desktop computer?

I followed the OP's link and looked at the pictures, and it appears to actually be the 3rd prong.
(I didn't see anything about acting as a UPS.)

From the picture there is a open slot in between those 2 AC plugs. The open slot is shared between the 2 AC plus. That means you can only plug in one 3 prong plug at a time. So if you run 2 AC devices at same time, only one of the plugs can be 3 prongs
