No-name chairs like just these are available lots of places, often for much cheaper. I bought two a couple years ago at Aldi for $15 apiece, for example, and they're great for festivals that allow chairs but where you don't want bulk. Unless you're going to shell out the big bucks for Helnox or a big-name backpacking brand, they're all about the same thing. These are probably fine but this isn't a deal.
People are always going to crap on "off brand" backpacking stuff because there is something that's lighter from a big brand. Yes, there are tons of chairs lighter than this from brands like Helinox, Nemo, and even REI's house brand. But they're all going to cost 2-4x as much as this chair and take up just as much physical space in your pack for the most part. This is a totally fine chair for someone getting into backpacking/overnight camping and not everyone wants to shed every possible ounce from their pack weight, nor does everyone want to have $2000 worth of gear out in the wilderness. Some people just want a solid value piece of kit that works acceptably well for a good price, and naturehike stuff specifically is often called out by some bigger "influencers" in the space as being a good value for what you're getting.
