The artwork shows Star Wars: Ahsoka television series which premiered in 2023. Should one assume the technology for the screen itself is also from 2023?
Found a review here. Kinda wish they'd have gone into usage scenario as a PC monitor instead of focusing on just PC gaming. 60Hz screen btw.
Was interested till I read everything about Walmart buying Vizio and all the spying they do. Even without connecting to WiFi it seems the setup process is a headache.

Yeah, just ordered one, but after reading all the setup headaches and privacy issues, may not even take it out of the box. Back to Walmart I guess.

It is a $128 43" TV. What would you expect it to have? Also, this would be a terrible PC monitor.

3.5 headphone jack? I know..ancient port, but I use Klipsch pro media 2.1s for my gaming tv.
I have nothing too fancy, a Switch 2, a Wii, ps3 to hook to it. Would this tv suffice? Input lag low? And most importantly...does it have a bright screen? Nits?
I bought a 50 incher vi so Oh from the targge't boutiqe about 3 yrs ago. Clearance in box $180 3yrs ago this month. Yea! it has lasted 3 yrs so far! Yea it was cheap.. but it shows.. Arg.. I the fizzeo os is lame so just avoid this brand..
From day one it exibited power suply issues that have made me doubt the quality of design on the fizze-oh tvs.. rebooting input devices all the time pisses me off.. Cheap and it shows.. get so quality caps god darnit!..
Wally world bought this brand and in the scamerzon tradition, ruin the good will we had.. Not sue what is "onn" and what is "veseeslow".. ve-see=-oh aps suck the grand wazoo..Just give us a display and we supply the os PLEASE.

It is best to just use an external streamer. I had a upper-tier Sony TV started to slow down 8~10 month after purchased. PLUS....VIZIO OS formerly known as SmartCast is THEE worst TV OS in the market.
Vizio isn't the same brand it used to be. I can't speak to specifics anymore but their quality took a pretty big tank from their high points 10 years ago. It's a real shame considering they were knocking it out of the park for a while there. I don't know if it had to do with the Walmart acquisition or if they began to fall from grace before that but the best rule of any purchase will always be to never buy a brand. Buy the best, most reliable offering at the time. Sucks for us consumers that these brands can't maintain the level of quality on a consistent basis but it is hardly the first company to do this
Setup this tv today. It is fantastic! I just merged my old Vizio account into the new Walmart one.
I tested Airplay mirroring with my Iphone and Macbook Pro and it works awesome.
So glad I caught this deal.
I thought about buying the other 50" one for 20 bucks more, but I think this is a better tv specs wise. Correct me if I'm wrong.
