You think if they fit more grooves per inch, the sound quality goes down? The sound quality should still sound the same I would imagine

That is exactly what happens. There are diminishing returns of course so if your goal is to have an awesome greatest hits album this is it, but probably won't sound as good as it does on the regular LPs.

Love EJ music, sure glad Amazon keeps track of previous purchase so I don't purchase again. I'm also not sure why I keep buying old school turned new school vinyl, as I listen to most music using Amazon Music Unlimited w/headphones and lyrics and artist info.....just so much more convenient than dropping a needle.

People certainly don't buy vinyl for the convenience. It's collecting, it's active listening and participation in the music.
