The real benefit is the 5th of cloud storage. With this I have been able to save from adding 2 devs so if you can find no use for it that is on you.

Looks like my highlighted hint is now less prominent in the Original Post section. At this point, I'd suggest immediately chatting with support and asking if they can fix this.

Hint: When you add a Perk (on a computer or the mobile app), Verizon tries to switch you to their latest promotions. If you have an old plan you wish to keep, simply chat with a representative, tell them that, and they will email you a link with the proposed bill to verify and accept.

these statements seem to contradict each other. seems like @eyeballaz actually got reimbursed for a prepay - just trying to find the right answer of whether I will be refunded or not?

I just made the switch from a prepaid Google One plan to this Verizon offer. It was an instant seamless transfer and I got an email from Google stating that the unused portion of my prepayment would be credited back to my credit card.
