This looks nice.

Has anyone in the South used this on a sliding glass door?

Or on a lanai to keep bugs out?

Thanks in advance.

Dogs and small kids can also use them no problem.

Just a note for anyone transitioning from one of these to something more permanent like a retractable screen door: your dog will not know the difference and there's a good chance they will plow through it at full speed.

Not a good price. Temu is $6 or less. Amazon has others cheaper.

I ordered this last time it was on a deal and put this outside of my siding door patio. So far no problems once it is installed but I won't be expecting it to last more than 2 years since it is outside and the magnet will loose its power.I would recommend this if you set your expectations based on elements or usage and is very convenient for dog and kids to just go through it.

These are made in garage door sizes too. I've been eyeing them awhile for that.

This is a nice low-tech replacement for my screen door that rolls up into the frame. The current one is nice but has issues in the wind and tends to have issues sometimes rolling up. Sometimes simple is better.

I like it because the dog can go in and out and people don't slam into the door.
But the plastic does break. I do prefer the one with a rod

Managed to install this on my French door. Used the wood frame for the LEFT and UPPER, and for the right (where the second pane is) we used the Velcro along the "divider" piece.

This left a small triangle at the top that wasn't covered, which we just 3d printed a triangle and tacked into the same wooden frame.

During the brief 30 minutes we tested it out, were very impressed.
