Great unit. Bought my 3 kids one for Christmas in 2023 and it's something that comes in handy and very reliable.

I use mine to top off my 80psi trailer tires, it also does well on big truck tires. I even used it to help a guy on the side of the road who had a 0 PSI pickup spare. I had to let it cool down halfway through, but by the time we had his flat tire off it was cooled down enough to finish the spare off. I'd definitely recommend it if you need to go beyond car tires and don't want to deal with the cost and inconvenience of Viair units.

This is a nice tool and good to have for certain situations, but it's still far easier (and usually faster) to visit any Discount Tire and have them top off your air for free for the usual "cold winter made my tires lose some pressure" refill.
EDIT: Above is assuming you have a Discount Tire near or on the way to somewhere you are already going (so a few minutes in line if you catch them at a busy time) and all you're doing is topping off from 29 to 35psi or something. If you live in the boonies and don't have 2-3 Discount Tire stores within 10 miles of your grocery store or can't drive on the tire because the pressure is so low, this comment doesn't apply to you, obviously. In spite of this tool being easy and relatively fast, not having to get out of the car and having them do two tires at once with their fast machine is easier and faster in spite of what the downvoters think.
Quite the opposite, in fact. I have a Discount Tire on my way to work and there's always a line around the building just for pressure checks. I can turn my car on, pump a tire or two before the RPMs drop and be ready to go in less than 5 minutes vs. sitting in line for up to 20 mins.

On a separate note, I'm not sure we all have the same definition of a "truck". I had to plug a tire that had gone completely flat on my Tundra and the little M12 was not only able to completely inflate it but it actually popped the bead back on the tire. Two years later it's still going fine pulling daily duty.

Ok, that's fair. Another condition on my "usually faster" comment is that it only applies if you can find a DT that isn't too busy or you go at off hours. All of that said, my point was that the free air option is probably fine for a lot of people on the fence about whether or not they need this pump. If you know you'll use it or are an "in case of emergency" type, it's a great little pump.

The thing that really gets under my skin about this one is the size. For almost all M12 tools, Milwaukee does a great job minimizing the tool size for the job while still having power. I just feel like the form factor was an afterthought with this...
An air pump that's too small doesn't work well. The physical size of the piston and cylinder has to be large enough to pump a sufficient amount of air. The larger pump mechanism makes for a larger tool overall.

I had this for 7 years now. Very reliable pump. Only thing I don't like is the 12v battery. I like the 18v battery and the tool but it is way more expensive.

Now, I use the $10 Amazon one because I could care "S"less about battery wearing out. Milwaukee batteries are not cheap but Chinese inflator on Amazon is literally DIRT cheap.
