The functionality is cool but the paint and nonstick coating are so thin that they scratch the instant you look at them.

I was on phone earlier reply, but we really use the hell out of ours. its the original blue version that came before this white one, we toss ground beef in it, sauté it, we use sirloin so theres little fat, and boom toss our foods in and cook, etc or chickens one pot meals.
always comes out well.

its so much better than the old crockpot we had, it was heavy, etc, this is light and cooks well. I made a brisket on onions etc awhile back, was to die for. its a lot larger than the previous crockpot due to its design so its pretty damn good.

I have an old Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System (https://www.amazon.com/Ninja-mc75...B009XHYZUW) that still works. Any reason to upgrade this this PossibleCooker?

Got the bigger version (impossible cooker) via another deal a year ago.

Love it. Especially the non heavy crock & sleek look

No issues whatsoever with heavy use for me either with this or any of the other ninja small appliances I have

correct, we only use plastic / silicone stuff on it. the ninja provides a good scooper/spoon that works well for pretty much everything.

What are the major differences? I only use the Stovetop setting and the Slow Cook setting. Not sure what else would work well with these units.

Yeah, seconded- my son and daughter-in-law got this for their wedding two years ago and use it at least once a week. It still looks new. Maybe people are using metal spatulas to scrape burned food or abrasive pads to clean it?

So I bought the Pro version - can someone explain why the Plus version can do rice and pasta where this function isn't listed for Pro? I mean if you put pasta with fluid in the Pro and set it on cook - won't the pasta cook? I read that the Plus has temp settings specifically for Rice/Pasta. Anyone who has the Pro can they comment on why Plus is better (besides the included temp probe). I have to admit I haven't pulled the Pro out of the box yet :-)
I do love slow cookers - I felt that the Ninja offered so much than your standard slow cooker (which I also have and use). I guess I feel feature envy with not realizing there was a Plus model :-) Any thoughts?
