Too bad eBags was taken over by Samsonite. I got one of these for $35 at clearance. Unfortunately Samsonite never does clearance and this bag has not dropped under $90 since the merger.

Stinking thief in Athens took my bag from right under me and now I need a new one.

Their customer service is also non-existent. I ordered several backpacks and sets of packing cubes during clearance; received half and went around with them for several months regarding the rest. Frustrating. Better off finding the products on Marketplace or eBay.

Ah that's terrible. Ebags used to have such good service. I remember I had a 4 year old bag whose zipper broke and they immediately sent me a brand new bag, no questions asked. For repairs, Samsonite usually sends you to a local repair shop instead of sending you a new one.

Shame because the mother lode bags are so well thought out and can store almost anything. I've yet to run into a situation where something doesn't fit in it any more.
