The price is in the ballpark , but reviews I've seen say the quality is not as good as it should be.

I've had this one for almost a year now, the seat padding is exceptionally hard, unlike my harbor freight one which is much softer and more comfortable. All of those little holders are pretty convenient but take up a lot of space if you keep the seat in a smaller garage (so I've taken off all of those holders around the periphery of the seat-makes me wonder why I even have this seat)...
It rolls exceptionally easy and is a perfect height if you have the small seat sitting on the base. What's really confusing is that the small seat, people naturally grab at the top to move it and when you do that it takes the top independency off of the base. It's very annoying to have two separate parts of the seat. Look at online photos to see the example. That said, the construction is actually pretty decent. I love to be able to slide my cell phone into the clear plastic section right under the top seat. Some of these cheaper harbor freight stuff is harder to roll around. I think these tires are slightly better.
