These look nice, but power and volume on the back?! What the heck. I vote Presonus Eris over these

Sounds like the biggest gripe is they shut off after 15m of silence and need to be physically turned back on. This would annoy me.

UPDATE - There is a way to disable the auto-sleep feature, but you must update the firmware to 1.10 which is really easy to do....if you have a USB flash drive that's USB-C. I have about a billion USB-A style flash drives, but had to order a USB-C style one to make this work. Once I got it the update took seconds. So keep that in mind if you plan on using this as a PC speaker set.

I bought these, and to be honest, I feel like my C2 (used as a monitor) has better TV speakers and sounds than these do. I am going to mess around with these for a week before making up my mind. Any other recommendation bookshelf speakers to consider?

Some of the powered speakers from companies that aren't actual Studio Monitor Brands like say the JBL Studio Monitors have been hit or miss depending on connection types. Some companies had issues with power bricks causing interference, other times some of them don't have great bluetooth options with only older standards. It can vary based on connection types. Even the amount of hiss can change in some brands. I have a pair of Fluance that are all over the place depending on connection types. Though they are an earlier version. Think most of the bugs have been worked out of them but they have been in my garage collecting dust for a few years now.

If you have the ability probably worth your time to try different connection types. Think these support a fair amount of options from HDMI, Optical, USB-C, to just standard RCA.
