Did this a month or so ago. VZW texted to save 25% per eligible line, so I confirmed through text to apply.. They applied to one line.. Removed my $10 discount for having fios and applied the $11 savings.. So $1 in my favor! 🤣

In the past, this was an extra discount on all lines and didn't remove any of my other discounts. Guess I'll call/chat to try to get it figured out..

My $10 per line loyalty discount ends next billing cycle. I just unlocked the numbers for the family and did the number transfer pin. Did not see an offer yet. I'll report back if I get anything in the My Offers section.

Update: no offer after 3 days. Chatted today and was given the $10 per line discount again. Mentioned that I was looking into T-Mobile since their service is better in my area. I was then given a better discount at $20 per line.

My 100 off from last year expired. I called back and explained everyone else is still cheaper. She asked me to wait for the loyalty program to kick off again in 3 months. I said sorry I won't be a customer by then. She extended the 100 a month off 2 days later.

This worked for me. My $10 loyalty ended this past billing period. Did transfer pin and in 5-6days had 25% off per line (have 4 lines) for 12 mo under my offers.

Visiting family and checking my uncles verizon account and has 2 discount that expired a few days ago, $10'anf $20. I requested the transfer pin but no 25% off. Currently chatting with them...
