I generated my pin and got no offers. I just got my last bill with last years discounts so I'm going to try again soon now that those are gone

Just did it now in the My Verizon app and got 25% off for 6 months. Better than nothing I suppose.

Same here, my uncle lost both of his discounts. Bill went up about $50 for some reason. And his credits were $20 and $10.
Just chatted with them and even did the transfer thing 'hack' and the rep says there are no loyalty offers

so seems you must have 'autopay' activated.??? and not sure if all lines would be affected since it states 'eligible' lines..?? we have 1 smartphone and 1 'dumb' phone...guessing latter would not be eligible for the discount?

I did this and it appears that the new offer for my family was to pay off existing phones with less than 50% remaining on the contract and cover the cost of a new phone. I was the only one not given the offer as I owe more than 50% but also have an old plan that cover the Disney package.
