This or the Toto drake with the washlet?
Would this be able to replace a regular toilet dimensions wise?

Note that this states that an outlet on a dedicated circuit is required. If you don't have one that could be costly to have installed.
We have one from Horow that only recommends that it be dedicated. It also came with features like auto-open and close that this one doesn't appear to have.

Horow stopped working for me in 6 months. No warranty/support whatsoever. I'd rather buy Kohler/toto

I picked one up last weekend and installed yesterday. I had previously installed a GFI outlet for a bidet seat. Only issue with the installation was I had to move the supply line. So far the toilet is great!
I have had two bidet seats, but they both failed after a couple of years, with no replacement parts available. With Kohler parts are readily available.
