This is a great tool. I have a beefy, old Porter Cable Tiger Saw and a more modern Dewalt (both corded). I never use them anymore -- plenty of power with this small, light portable saw.

They just had a 12ah battery on clearance at Home Depot, bet this would tear through some stuff with that much power.
