We bought one of these and the 18" one when we tore out our basement and rebuilt it 2 years ago. They are great tools for prying out 2x4s and for twisting boards to align them when framing.

I have the FatMax Fubar which is similar to this but is heavier duty. It has no shock absorption like the Fiskars does, so it is meant for short hard core demolition work. I thought I would mention it if someone needs a heavier demolition tool.

Always wanted a Fatmax Fubar, but that is a good point about the shock absorption. I'll keep that in mind if I get a good project with some serious demolition.
