[bug] Desktop Website has active Toast Notifications for Deal Alerts, but no messages in inbox to mark them as read.

It says: "You have 2 items in your Inbox" when pressing inbox yields 0 messages.
Can be cleared or removed by pressing "Empty" on 'Manage Folders' page, or opening the message only visible on mobile app.
Looks like these are alert messages loaded on the all from Slickalerts, that isn't yet available on web, but the active toast count can be both annoying and confusing for users.
