I didn't' realize it didn't have the mister - thanks!
yeah the boxes that say 3-1 have the mister plus a few of those plastic wips or whatever that go with using the mister. but then it doesn't have the accessory clip or the body strap, which shark overprices both at about $24.99 ea.

I ordered this and also the one from Ulta to see if the one with the mister is really better. I found a coupon on Ulta for 20% off the 3 in 1 model - will probably post it.

Like the no-name models, this uses a drone motor with a peltier plate in front of it, so the 15 degree cooling claim seems dubious.
I'll admit the attachments are interesting, but nothing that can't be improvised.
The form factor also throws me, as it's far less compact than most other designs.
Does that mean the cooling plate has a completely separate fan built in, since it won't work without one? (Peltier plates work on hot-cold differential and require cooling the hot side to drop the temp on the cool side)
If so, that seems needlessly complicated.
I bought this for $15 and it doubles as a backup battery. Only downside is the crappy 3D printed plastic: https://a.co/d/0jj7Iogd

The fact that it's blowing in the same direction as the cold side is not a factor, because you're supposed to make skin contact with the cold side and (hopefully) the ambient temp isn't over boiling temp.
A lot of thermal dynamics problems with real world applications make zero sense on paper if you stick to textbook definitions and classes.

The thermal coefficient between ambient air and skin temp changes enough to feel cool. And you also have a circulatory system piping cooler temps away from the targeted area slightly, so it's not a closed system.
But if you're thinking of will cool without direct contact, it will not.
