Also contains propylene glycol (can't spell) aka an ingredient found in anti freeze. It's petroleum based. And despite being marketed as a natural product, I get it, scientific ingredients are often necessary for skincare but the natural ingredients are at the bottom of the list. In fact there's more preservatives than natural ingredients.
That's ethylene glycol. Very big difference.

lol so? water is also found in antifreeze, do you not shower with water or do you not drink water? Propylene glycol is approved by FDA to be used in skincare products and pharmaceutical products, and even food.

I got this sunscreen in stick not too long ago, so far it's been working good. I've tried other brands and most of them caused eye and face irritation.

EWG score is 7, which is really bad. Hard pass.

It's petroleum lol. Try thinking about injesting vaseline next time you use a product on your skin that has petroleum ingredients. Petroleum ingredients on the skin are occlusive, meaning, they block the pores from breathing. And it's an endocrine disrupter. This has been known for decades. Just because a government agency says it's okay, doesn't mean it's okay. There's a reason why many countries ban it. But if you don't care about your health. That's on you. There's many people who do care because whatever you put on your skin will absorb into your body

If you read through all the actual factors, it's down to two ingredients, one of which is fragrance. The rest of the ingredients are at a 1 - low risk. I don't understand how fragrance is rated an 8 and can drive up the score to a 7. IMO fragrance should be a separate factor for people with sensitivities to fragrances.

True about the factors but the type of fragrance used heavily dictates the assigned score. Like essential oils used for fragrance would be permissable. It's not just the sensitivity to fragrances; the type of ingredients used to produce the fragrance can be carcinogenic. Only a few manufacturers list the source of the fragrance or give a detailed breakdown of ingredients. If it's listed as only 'fragrance' it's generally a red flag since most fragrances are made from petrochemicals. Best to avoid, especially for a product like this, which can be readily absorbed into the skin.
