Always get a bag with a ventilated back. Nice looking bag I'm tempted myself. I like mine a little more though because the bottom pops out and provides more capacity if i need

I think it's just a very odd way of saying that it's form factor will fit under the seat a bit better/it conforms better to carry-on rules than most other bags.

Even though the TSA has absolutely nothing to do with that process 😂

Normally it'd mean the back laptop section can completely unzip so that it can just lie flat on the conveyor belt, so that you don't have to remove the laptop. But this one doesn't seem to be like that.
