MAH doesn't dictate limits on an airline. it's the battery watt hours, Wh. power banks under 100 watt-hours is a general limit for carry-on luggage or personal items. lithium ion anything is not allowed in checked-in luggage.

Not due to capacity, however this is the kind of off brand that many foreign airports / airlines might have issue with.

For US domestic no issue.

Most foreign is still just have the bank on you / don't use or charge on plane.

China has the ccc designation for ones they're ok with for domestic flights iirc

Wow, it'll probably fail within a year, but for that price I'm giving it a try.

A lot of these Anker power bank copycats are popping up on SD left and right at half the price, sometimes more. My niece gave me an Anker power bank this past Christmas. It has 2 built-in charging cables. I love it. Keep in mind it's much larger and heavier than your typical phone power bank. I travel often with all my electronic gear and need a good power bank. These copycats are a whole lot cheaper, but how durable and reliable are they? I'm always concerned they may fry my expensive electronics or catch on fire.
