It's hard to get the product details, but I think this is a tiny bit used in a Dremel tool. The post says 1/4" but I think that's the cutting size. The shaft is 1/8" so this would not work in most routers or router tables, if I'm understanding the details.

For clarification and to confirm what Frankie251 said, Home Depot product details states it's a 1/8" shaft/shank with a 1/4" bit head.
