Thank you OP, I was charged $4.89. Unusual for me as these days more often than not a coupon is missing or doesn't work and the sales price for me is more. No coupon and a better price. :-)

Thank you OP, not sure if they're super low carb per the carb count on the label, but I panic a little when I don't have Atkins treats. Great price.

For the people who want to lose weight and aren't diabetic, I highly recommend trying Intermittent Fasting and/or One Meal A Day, instead.
It's free!
And you can eat whatever you want.

Every diet plan/fad are always reliant on the same thing; a calorie deficit. If you intermittent fast but eat 2,500 calories in a single sitting and your TDEE is 2,500 or lower, you won't lose weight unless you exercise.

People always try to make losing weight seem likes it's some kind of complicated process, but it's not. If you eat more than you use you store it, if you eat less than you use, you lose it. It's that simple.

Nice deal, but I prefer the Skinny Dipped cups. Slightly more sugar, but way better ingredients.

Maltitol has a Glycemic Index close to sugar (52 vs 60). I wouldn't recommend these if you're doing low carb.

I used to buy a lot of these Atkins treats until they put maltitol in almost all of them. 🙁 Maltitol has a major laxative effect for me, I cannot eat even a small amount without cramps, lot of gas, diarrhea.

I highly recommend not listening to this. IF does have benefits for some people, but "you can eat whatever you want" is absolutely not true for most people, even during time restricted eating.

You don't seem to understand KETOSIS, aka fat burning mode. After 12 to 16 hours of fasting, your carbs / blood sugar has mostly burned away, and your body starts burning fat for energy.

There's your simulated calorie deficit.

Every BODY is different. Do more research and give it a try, so you can speak for a place of knowledge and personal experience!
What do you have to lose... except for a bunch of unwanted fat?

Weight loss is more pronounced during IF/OMAD, if you eat less processed foods, more healthy foods like vegetables, and/or also reduce carbs. And, the more exercise the better.

But that wasn't usually necessary for me. Sometimes (if convenient), when I was above my preferred weight range, I wouldn't eat until I lost a little weight.

I highly recommend you do some research and give it a try so you can speak from a place of knowledge and personal experience!

Ketosis also makes it so you have lower energy, worse physical performance, and is also dangerous for the body because increased ketones can cause ketoacidosis.

What you just described is the EXACT same thing that happens when you eat at a caloric deficit, except for all of the negative side effects of IF. Your body doesn't have enough energy being taken in, so it searches elsewhere for it(fat), albeit in a more consistent manner that makes you have more energy.

Nobody has ever lost weight with IF by eating 500+ calories more than they use each day. Instead, they put on weight. Talk to any nutritionist and they'll tell you how dumb IF is.

Again, you make it seem like losing weight requires some special program and it doesn't. Just eat less, that's it. You can still eat whatever you want, just eat less of it. Want pizza? Sure! Eat 1 slice instead of 2+. Want a burger and fries? Sure! Just eat half instead of all of it. Not only do you lose weight but you save money by having leftovers and/or not eating as much, which means you don't have to spend money on food as often.

If "eating less", AKA calorie counting or calorie restriction, works for you, then go for it. But that, and several other weight loss tactics, doesn't work for many, including the 60%+ Americans who are obese.
Everyone needs to Be Aware of the multi-BILLION dollar, for-PROFIT diet and exercise industry, including some nutritionists, trying to sell you a product of some kind. And that includes a bunch of fear mongering misinformation, which you seem to have parroted extremely well.
Seriously, (go on YouTube and) search for, "health benefits of OMAD, and calorie restriction doesn't work, doctor Jason Fung". Because there are many, besides just weight loss.
The only negative that I occasionally experienced during a fast, is something called the "keto flu" -- for me, it was mostly in the form of headaches. But that was mostly mitigated by consuming electrolytes, AKA salt, every 8 to 12 hours during a fast.
