holy crap. guess I'm returning the m4 24/512gb I just bought from costco for $999. thanks op!

edit: curious why the downvotes? I can't return something I bought a few days ago because of a price drop?

edit 2: maybe it's not clear that Costco doesn't carry this build, so it can't be price matched/exchanged. they literally told me to return it you heroic do-gooders

I was thinking about the M5 16/512GB @ $900 or this one. Is the extra ram good for daily browsing, some office suite work, and Claude? Is the extra RAM good for future proofing/necessary? Thanks!
