are you clipping the $10 coupon on the product page [amazon.com] in addition to entering the promo code?
I have the older model with no display but with individual blue leds under each port. Occasionally 1 or 2 ports would randomly quit charging but unplugging and plugging it back always resolved the issue. 2 LEDs out of 8 under the ports have gone kaput. It served us for over 5, powered on 24x7. I have now ordered the new 252w version to replace it - I would strongly suggest to turn it off once a while to reset the electronics.
