I've found this to be immensely useful in identifying older spec, low wattage cables that didn't charge things as fast so I could recycle them and get them out of my cable pile.

Had one of these for under a year and the display quit. The charging function still works, but since the display is a headline feature, it was disappointing. Contacted Sabrent for warranty service and their response was not very helpful ... "ship it back to us and we'll determine if it's covered." Asked them to cross-ship me a new one so that I wouldn't be out of my primary charging station while this went on, and there response was "buy a new one, and we'll refund you if we determine it's covered", leaving me in the lurch for $90 (which was what the price was at the time).

Not impressed.

In the case you don't need USB-C (a rarity these days I know), you can get the Anker PowerPort 360 (also known as the Anker PowerPort 6) and both of those don't renegotiate when something gets plugged in, so your Pi won't shut down. I use one to power two Pi 3B+ and have plugged in other things without issue.

Just received mine yesterday. How do I get the screen to rotate? I tried rotating it upside down and it just stays in the same orientation

EDIT: OK figured out you have to double click the button for anyone else wondering.. works like a charm !

I think I got a bad unit. With 4 devices connected with 2 on each side and using ~100W total, the devices just randomly renegotiate and the screen turns off.

According to this review https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5aZKF2-v7Qs it should only renegotiate if 3 are plugged in the same side. The fact that the screen turns off too makes me think the charger itself is restarting. Does the screen turn off for anyone when it renegotiates?

Call me crazy but in the pictures the LCD screen shows it and direction you can read but my unit that I got it's upside down so it's annoying that the wires are almost covering it in the plug goes in on the side for a displays backwards

triple click the big middle button and it will flip the screen.
