Literally bought this exact drive 18 months ago for 160, and 4 years ago for 150!

I paid 169.99 for a 14TB WD in November.

Looked in my order history to see when it was. It's selling for 450 right now. And has 400+ bought this month.EEK!

When the datacenters upgrade from 24's to 50's in a few years, the used deals will be Applause

I am so glad I splurged and got 8 of the Seagate Exos X16 12TB refurbed drives in 2023 for $100 each.

I've had an 8TB drive die recently. Nothing important on it just media for my Jellyfin server. Been meaning to replace it but these prices are downright loco. The 14TB Ultrastar I purchased on fleBay was $130! Of course that was back in January 2024. LOL
