I just replaced an eight year old VIVO arm with the same model, but it cost $40 and the quality of the older unit was much better (way less plastic, thicker heavy duty screws). The pneumatic cylinder failed and started leaking.
Debating if the savings are worth the hassle of taking apart the VIVO, packing it up, and replacing it with this.
EDIT: Ended up nabbing one, $15 is a great price for a spare.

PSA: be very careful when you setup pneumatic spring loaded arms, you can be seriously injured if you don't follow directions carefully. Don't take short cuts and use common sense.
Source: younger me without common sense. I tried to hold the arm down while attempting to attach the VESA mount. Lost my grip and the arm popped right back up in my face. Fortunately younger me also had 😺 like reflexes, saved myself a trip to the ER.
Code still worked. Make sure you don't click the other coupon on page or it only gave $7.50 (25%). Deleted everything and went back and redid with only this code entered at checkout and got 50% off.
