I just replaced an eight year old VIVO arm with the same model, but it cost $40 and the quality of the older unit was much better (way less plastic, thicker heavy duty screws). The pneumatic cylinder failed and started leaking.
Debating if the savings are worth the hassle of taking apart the VIVO, packing it up, and replacing it with this.
EDIT: Ended up nabbing one, $15 is a great price for a spare.
