If you log out of you account and sign up as a new user, the system will ask if you want to create a new account, or renew. If you say renew, you can't get the deal. If you say to use a new account, the site will say "You look familiar, do you want to create a new account or renew". Just choose new and you'll start a new account and get the deal with your same email address. This worked on one of my 3 accounts that had expired on 1/17/24.
