These are great headphones. I ordered a pair to compare to my HD650 as I always wished they had a bit more bass. These have a slight improvement in bass, especially in the sub bass region. I ultimately didn't keep them as the difference wasn't worth the money. They also have a super tight clamp force, something that my (albeit super old) pair of HD650s didn't. For an exciting pair of headphones I ultimately went with the Sony In Zone H6 Air as they have the same exact drivers as the Sony MDR MV1 which I absolutely loved, except the H6 Airs are half the cost, and have a built in Mic. Highly recommend these.
