100%. They are charging $6 for this. It's crazy, they rather 3 attempt delivery than just deliver there on the first.

I think you may need to use it as a renewal. Log in. select UPS My Choice. Under Your Premium Benefits on the bottom right of the page, click Renew. On that page, say yes you have a promotion code and enter the code.

I don't get your point. This is a waste of money unless you frequently travel or need to reroute your packages. I have never once have had the need to do this.

Used to work in the past -- but now I get an error message. Been trying for a month plus because there is also an AMEX offer of 5 off $19.99

Two key features in this
1) Whenever I'm away I don't have to pick up my boxes at the UPS center
2) Surprisingly, a lot of packages come UPS Ground Saver -- having this upgrades it to regular UPS Ground so you don't have to get the final delivery by the USPS which is trash
