careful of the shiny controllers, when you hands sweat they get very slippery. Had this issue with the ones like Chroma Pearl.

Stick drift is easy to fix with a contact cleaner. They just get dirty from use. No need to spend $70.

Which one would that be? As far as I know, this is the only gamepad for PS5.

I believe all of the regular Dualsense will eventually have stick drift. The Edge version you can change the stick but it's more expensive

Sometimes contact cleaner works, but not always. Just depends on what the actual issue is. If the hardware is failing contact cleaner won't work

I generally wait for this price and then buy 2. Thanks for letting us know it was discounted. I only got one because I hadnt opened the 2nd one from when I bought them last Black Friday.
Also, no need to get the extra protection, cus sony will honor all replacements/fixes for 2 years from purchase date without the additional coverage they offer when bought.
