Does anyone know how long the Pizza Hut code is good for? It looks like you need to add the item in your cart and then enter the code? I was looking for a place in the app to just enter the code and see the expiration date but I guess it doesn't work like that.

It looks like T Mobile is implementing another check to make sure people are only get an item. This morning I went to pick up the blanket and they are signing people in. Just pressing the time now is not good enough.
Do the employees have to do this too or do they get to take multiple home to relatives?

They did. The one by my work no longer does this. The two near my home do. The one nearest, I hate getting into their parking lot because you have to reverse and it ends in corner. The other one has blind spots turning out of the parking lot (easy to get T boned...see what I did there?).
