Detachable handle is nice for stack ability but if you are cooking with two or three at once.... Kind of a pain!

That's unlikely with ceramic. Even high quality ceramic non-stick is not as durable as traditional PTFE nonstick coatings. You will start to observe noticeably diminished effectiveness in 2-3 years of regular use. However, the advantages that ceramic is completing non-toxic. It's made from silica, a.k.a. sand, so when it gradually wears off and gets your food, it's completely safe, unlike PTFE.

So you should treat ceramic non-stick cookware like a semi-durable, but ultimately disposable, good. It's not a buy it for life item. But you shouldn't expect buy it for life at $40.

Bought one set of ceramic and didn't last, everything stuck to it after a few months. Has stove and used med-med-high. At this price, I'll give them another try

Can someone help me understand the value of a detachable handle? I can see how the entire set would cost the manufacturer less money to produce.

The non-stick is gone very fast on ceramic. All the ones I used in a month or two with daily cooking with low-med heat only.

Use on low to medium heat only and no sudden temperature change, like washing immediately while pan is hot, if you want these to last.

i returned mine within a week. The texture on the cooking surface basically made them stick MORE.

They'll take up less space in the dishwasher. That's the only reason I'm about to give them a try. (take up less storage space too, but that's not so much of an issue for my scenario)
