None of what you said applies to this situation in the slightest. You keep going on and on about your TCL TV. That's great. Glad you're happy with it. I'm not talking about TVs. Name any kind of product that TCL makes that isn't a solid state electronic product without any moving parts? It's a completely different manufacturing category. Yeah sure it's not exactly difficult to make an electric motor. But one that's completely silent? With the whole product balanced perfectly without any wobble? That will last for decades? Can they make it? Sure. Will it be good? Maybe. But apparently reviews say otherwise. And this isn't something that you can just return. You're going to spend a couple of hours installing this thing. And if it sucks a couple more hours taking it down and installing something else. Maybe your money and time aren't valuable. But I'm not risking either on a no name brand that has never made any other kind of mechanical product before.
