It says replaceable led light in the product description and looks like tcl sells them on Amazon. Probably also works with 3rd party replacements too
So try switching to a regular switch to see if your LED light still glows. And for the parallel issue, you'd have to turn off the breaker. The light will glow and then fades off, then you'd know it's the wires.
