Yitahome: run very quiet for both indoor and outdoor unit. But built quality is just ok, not as good as Turbro brand. It has built-in ambient temperature monitor. So when put AUTO FAN SPEED, it will run high or low when it reach temperature you set.
Turbro: run very quiet for both indoor and outdoor unit. Built quality is very good and come with hanging template. Yitahome and Garvee are not come with hanging template. I personally don't need it, because I measure and hang it more accuracy than template. But Turbro indoor unit DO NOT HAVE ambient temperature monitor built-in. So when you put on AUTO FANS SPEED, and it keeps run on HIGH. Even the room temperature is lower than temperature you set.
So I hardly decide which is better between those two. I let you decided.

First off, it is a TON of work to install it and requires a lot of tools to do so. One of the most important thing is making good quality flares that are as clean and shiny as possible. Your leak points are likely to be there. Everyone advises you not to use the factory flares and I definitely agree with them. Do not get a cheap flaring tool, if there's any place to not cheap out on it's this.
Another thing I ran into, the copper lineset included in my unit I THINK is cheap quality and too soft compared to brand name stuff. Reason being, the torque specs were extremely difficult to reach and felt like the copper flare was yielding when approaching the torque values required. Due to me FEELING that the flares might be over torqued despite being at the manufacturers numbers, I decided to loosen them some and retorque to a lower value. The problem with over torqued flares is that the flare gets overly squished and thins out and could crack and leak the refrigerant. On the other hands, the lower the torque value, the most likely they could come loose someday and leak all the refrigerant. Basically, i still have anxiety that it will leak one day. Additionally, I had other issues with the copper that i won't go into unless someone wants me to.
Lastly, I don't think the whole unit is made very well. For one thing, the indoor air handler had copper shavings inside the lineset that goes into the head unit. I wouldn't be surprised there's possiblely more deeper inside than i could see, but yeah.
Despite the issues, the unit works great and is very quiet.

I watched your videos. It sounds like there is something wrong with your unit and not an across the board issue with this manufacturer.

Because that is highly dependent on you skill level. I didn't thumbs you down. You just need to watch a couple of mini split DIY videos to see if you're capable.
A lot of variables in the question, so the answer will range from inadequate to perfectly fine. I am running a similar unit (Senville 20.8 seer 110v) in an enclosed south facing porch in Colorado. The room is all plexiglass windows and uninsulated wood floor. I have made this room my home office since installing the unit in January. When the outside temp is above 40F, there is no problem keeping it warm enough. As the temp drops it gets more and more difficult. I'd say 20F is about the lowest outdoor temp that has been practical. For cooling, it still has not been hot enough outdoors to get all the data, but so far the cooling performance has been very good. The room gets very warm from the sun even when the outdoor temp is modest, and this is no problem because the heat pump is just super efficient when the outside air is not scorching.
I notice one of the reviewers on Amazon has a similar experience, to back you up, reporting, "My 12k unit uses about 1200 watts when it is below freezing (currently below 20 degrees and doing great). Power usage is considerably lower above freezing." --Will
(I'm guessing it has an electric heater assist that kicks in)

I prefer you get Yitahome 12k BTU 115V model. It is $9 more than this deal, but it has 20 seer. Instead, this one has only 19 seer. The higher seer is the more efficient. So $9 more will help you save more energy down the road.
