Kind of weird, a much stronger laptop with oled cost around $700 still, and has the same amount of storage + more ram + way faster chip and bigger battery.

The new prices may be worth it if this was a new version. With it's old hardware and meh screen it seems way overpriced now. This is going to make it easy for people to see what the competition offers.

They overturned most IEEPA tariffs, he put in new ones as replacement so there are still some active. https://zonos.com/docs/guides/us-tariff-changes

For new stuff now I guess just go buy the Xbox Ally X. Still $1000 for really good performance.

And on used market, og Ally Z1e and og Legion Go are the best bang for your buck, mostly around $350-500.

Waiting for Steam to move everything to cloud based gaming service and run everything through a steam deck for video decompression. Call it Steamforce Now or something. We will own nothing and we will like it.
