I just got this shipped to me last week. It seems decently sturdy, but the lack of interest in quality is very apparent. I had to call the number in the box right away because the bolt holes for the table didn't line up. Many of the screws have holes barely deep enough for the screwdriver/Allen wrench. Of the chairs I have out together so far, half are wobbly because the legs are different lengths. Of note as well, many reviews mention quick rusting. I don't doubt it because the directions indicate that this outdoor furniture should be wiped down if it gets wet...

I would consider this a $400 rental for 2-3 years if you can get it out together.
