This is about $2 less than these cheap ones usually cost.

Besides that, $17 for me. I'm starting to become disillusioned with SD and all these false Amazon deals.

Bought this for my Disney trip. Wasn't very impressed. Very little airflow when using as a belt fan. Have to be sure to clip your shirt into it really well or it'll block the intake fan due to its located on side. I do like the included belt, it was nice having a lightweight belt to use
