Adidas shoes are so poorly made now ... The stores don't process returns from online purchases as of Jan 1, 2026 either. They send them back to the Adidas warehouse and maybe, eventually you get a refund. Maybe.

Their shoes have excellent build quality. It's the design decisions that are questionable. The Prime X3 and Hyperboost Edge were really disappointing. They process online returns efficiently. My recent return of the Hyperboost was completed quickly. The process of dropping the package off at nearby Walgreens more convenient than driving to a factory store.
