The Wonderboom 4 is a compact waterproof Bluetooth speaker that stands out for portability, solid build, and easy outdoor or shower use. It can fill a room or small studio with clear, crisp sound, and the battery life is described as strong. Pairing two units for stereo and the USB C upgrade add convenience, and the floating design is a useful bonus. The main tradeoffs are limited bass, occasional connection or reliability complaints, and a price that has often been seen much lower elsewhere. A handy small speaker if you value toughness and size over deep bass.
The speaker supports pairing two units for stereo playback, which can improve outdoor audibility.
The Wonderboom 4 can fill a room with quality sound while staying very portable.
The speaker delivers crisp, clear audio that works well for music class use.
The Wonderboom 4 can float and handle moderate abuse, which supports poolside and outdoor use.
The sound may be less musical and punchy than larger bass-focused speakers, especially for listeners wanting strong bass.
The speaker can develop a repetitive droning sound and may not turn off or respond to volume buttons.
The Wonderboom 4 can have connection issues that cause skipping with certain phones despite normal pairing elsewhere.
The power on or off can trigger an unadjustable loud zooming sound that some users find annoying.

I own or have owned probably 30 different types of Bluetooth speakers. (UE, Sony, Bose, Tribit, Boomcore, Philips, Soundcore, among others). I owned UE speakers years ago. Great, but they lost me by holding onto USB micro too long. But there also are great quality speakers from other brands available now for less that offer more features and value .
