I think this is the gen 1 rather than gen 2, gen 2 has a lot more suction and better mop lifting functionality.

I have the gen 2, even with the better mop lifting, the mops fall out. A lot.

I've had a pair of these for about 2 years. They worked very, very well- but durability is atrocious. They are literally falling apart. I ended up robbing one for parts for the others. The pump in one base failed, then a hose loosened and fell off in one of the tanks. The housing for the 360 degree front wheel cracked, and both of the plastic retaining parts for the rollers are very damaged now- and I have not been hard on these things.
That said they were good while they lasted but $300 each is a tough price for a unit this old. I think I paid substantially less for both.

Same as everyone else. I have 3 of these and have to take them apart to clean the laser sensor every month.
