Unless ground black pepper is spicy for you, get the Hot version. I've had this one and the hot version, both very tasty but there's hardly any spiciness in either but at least the hot version has something noticeable.

I got in on this for the last deal. It shipped in a big box along with my other s&s stuff. My box of triscuits and bag of combo's were pretty destroyed lol. So if you care or have softer items coming with this, just keep that in mind.

Also like the above reply says, it isn't spicy, but it has flavor.

Love this stuff and my grandmother and mother made her enchiladas with it decades ago. We use the red and hot variety. Just picked up 2 cans at Smart and Final grocery chain here in N Cal for $1.99. http://www.smartandfinal.com/sm/d...1501110218
