FYI, this is $95 more than last month's deal. Update: I'm surprised that it sold out earlier today, people must be really desperate.

This CPU is basically the 7740. It's a pretty nice CPU for the price, but with a stripped down 680M.
You probably meant Ryzen 7 7735HS, a Zen 3+ Rembrandt that came out in 2023, which itself is a refresh (minor clock bump) of the 6800HS from Jan 2022.
More specs from Lenovo's PSREF page[lenovo.com]:
8GB DDR5-4800 soldered + 8GB SO-DIMM
has (2) M.2 2242 PCIe 4.0 x4 slots for SSD, one unoccupied
50Wh battery, included power supply is coax round tip (not USB-C)
non-backlit keyboard
(2) USB-A 3.0 5Gbps, (1) USB-C 5Gbps with PD 65W and DP 1.2
I've been looking for a $300-400 replacement laptop for a relative who is still rocking a Core i5-6200U Skylake 8GB RAM 1TB HDD(!) from 2016. Was hoping for a Zen 3+/Zen 4 like OP's laptop which would have cost closer to $300 before the inflation. At current prices, I ended up getting a dented off-lease HP ProBook G8 (released in Sep 2020, but mine was manufactured in 2022) with a Core i5-1135G7 16G/256G for $150 (and told him to save the leftover money until laptop prices drop).
