On the brighter side. Less lumens less bugs attraction, so less frogs and less snakes. Bright lights mess up the bugs' sleep cycle; bugs think the sun is still on. There are lights available at Home Depot designed not to attract bugs, priced similarly to regular lights. Save the bugs and save yourself from being bothered by unwanted bugs, frogs and snakes.
