I can't comment on this specific brand. But magnesium has been a god send for me. I used to have a lot of issues with falling asleep and not being able to calm my brain. Having racing thoughts. Used to have to take melatonin or Benadryl every night to fall asleep and sometimes those didn't even work. I take magnesium now about an hour before bed and I can't even get through an episode of forensic files and I'm out for the night. Highly recommend trying it if you have any issues falling asleep. I no longer need melatonin or other sleep aids.

Few humans are actually magnesium deficient. These capsules are for those of us that drank the coolaid and think it helps us sleep. Might or might not do anything. Either way, this is a rip-off. 75mg per capsule and only 120 capsules. The Amazon brand is far better.
Imagine comparing chelated minerals to Amazon's.

What are you talking about? Around 40% of Americans are deficient in magnesium, which is important for muscle relaxation, mineral absorption, and DNA repair. Of memory serves, taking Mg glycinate can decrease your risk of pancreatic cancer by like 30%. Might have even been 50%.

I use this brand for other supplements and seems like it is quality. However, unless cost isn't a concern or you have some specific need for the other magnesium types, I think youre overpaying a lot vs buying a quality magnesium glycinate.

My multi vitamin has magnesium in it. Any reason to take a separate pill just for magnesium alone?

There are so many things going on in a body that adding a single supplement seems unnatural and unnecessary.
